PAYMENT
We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay using a secure payment service.
GIFT ORDER?
If you are sending your purchase as a gift, please let us know and we can send it to the recipient with a handwritten note. Simply leave your gift message in the 'Add a note to your order' link on the cart page.
DISPATCH TIMES
Your item/s will be shipped within 1-2 business days of your payment.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Gumo is based in the United Kingdom and therefore all international customers, now including EU customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes associated with Customs. These import duties and taxes are not included in either the purchase or shipping costs therefore, customers will be responsible for payment of these charges once the delivery reaches the specified destination. Full retail value of items will be listed on the customs forms along with a basic description.
In 2019 Germany's Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act VerpackG promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard tubes, tape and tissue paper).
Our brand Gumo is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register - ZSVR) with registration number: DE4127561924158. Our Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As a consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.
REFUND POLICY
We're only happy if your happy with your products, so if your item has been lost or damaged in transit, or if there's an issue with it that's escaped our attention, then please take a picture of the problem and email it to us and we will provide a replacement for you at no extra cost.
If you would like to return your order, then you are entitled to a full refund if it's returned in its original condition within seven days of receipt, so please email us as soon as possible, stating the reason for the return and whether you would prefer an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please send all returns back in their original packaging and retain your proof of posting, as we can't be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
We're very sorry but we cannot accept any returns for personalised orders, unless faulty or lost/damaged in transit.

We do sell our prints to shops, galleries and cafes. If you’re interested in stocking our products, please contact us for further details.

If you would like a special piece of cycling artwork commissioned, we can help! Just contact us to discuss your ideas and prices.

We aim to give an accurate representation of the colour and quality of our products, but please allow for slight variations from your screen to actual item.
Frames and mounts are not included in any purchases.
